Preparation

1 tablespoon lard, 6-7 tablespoons sugar, a pinch of salt rub well, like a foam. Dissolve the yeast, separately, in warm milk. Put over and add the flour. Mix well and put 2 tablespoons of cream. Spread the sheet and cut as for croissants. They are filled with walnuts, lictari (plum sour jam) or even walnut mixed with the plum jam.
