Preparation
In a larger bowl put flour, salt, yeast with a little milk to leaven. Separate the eggs. Wisk the egg whites. Wisk the yolks with a little sugar. Put the yolks over the beaten egg whites and mix. Pour over the flour and knead until you get a good dough. Leave to rise. The dough is divided into three and spread with the rolling pin. Grate the apples and fry them. Fill the spread sheet with apple. Twist (roll) the dough from one edge, then put the dough in the tray. Bake the breads.
