Preparation
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them. After they have boiled, mash them and mix them with egg and flour, but the dough should not be too hard. Tiny rolls are made, which are pressed into the palm. Fry in oil. Serve with fruit syrup or jam.
