Preparation
Smoked pork ribs are boiled. When cooked, add the chopped sauerkraut. Boil together and put a handful of rice. When they are cooked, make a sauce: put 1-2 tablespoons of flour, paprika in the hot oil, quench it with ”sămătișă” (fermented milk that remains after the sour cream is harvested) and milk. Bring to the boil and place in the soup.
