Preparation

Peel the pods. Bring water to a boil. When it boils, put the whole pods and bring to a boil. Strain and dry in the sun placed next to each other on a board. Turn on all sides until dry. Store in a cloth bag. The soup is made in the same way as the soup of dried pods with pork legs.
