Preparation

Put the beans to boil with salt and 1-2 finely chopped onions. Separately, boil the finely chopped sauerkraut. When it is cooked, strain it and put it over the beans. Put water in which the cabbage was boiled, to taste, as sour as we want. Make a spoonful of 1-2 tablespoons of flour, broth and water.
