Preparation

Wheat bran, sourdough (yeast) and thyme are fermented. After leavening, strain and boil. When it is boiled, make a sauce: put 1-2 tablespoons of flour, paprika in the hot oil, quench it with sămătișă (milk that remains after the sour cream is harvested) and milk. Bring to a boil and place in the soup. It is eaten with refried beans or mashed potatoes.
