Preparation

9-10 potatoes
4 eggs
salt and pepper
frying oil
Boil the potatoes in their skins. They are cleaned, passed through the grater with small holes. Beat the egg whites and put them over the potatoes. Add the yolks. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Take the spoon out of the composition and fry in hot oil. It is a food that is served with Passover.
