10 bigger potatoes
4 eggs
salt and pepper
frying oil
The raw potatoes are peeled, grated and squeezed the juice from them. Add eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Put a tablespoon of the composition in the pan with hot oil. The balls are fried on both sides. It is a food that is served with Passover.
