Preparation

Wash the potatoes. They are boiled in their skins. When they are cooked, strain them, leave them to cool, then peel them and cut them into slices. In a saucepan, heat the oil, put the paprika and place it over the potatoes. It is eaten with pickles or sauerkraut.
