Preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters (as for puree). When they are cooked, take them out and mash them. Meanwhile, make a dough out of flour, water and salt from which it breaks into pieces and boils. When cooked, strain. Fry a finely chopped onion with paprika (optional). Mix the potatoes with the dumplings and fried onions.
