The noodles are boiled and drained. Stir the eggs with sugar. In a larger bowl, mix the noodles with the eggs, melted butter, breadcrumbs and lemon zest. The composition is divided into two. Half is poured into a pan greased with butter and lined with breadcrumbs. Put jam on top and sprinkle with raisins. Pour the rest of the composition over. Place in the oven at the right heat. It is a cake that is being prepared for the Sabbath.
