Preparation

2 eggs
2 tablespoons matzah flour
3 tablespoons sugar
250 g Easter
raisins
chopped walnuts
peel from an orange
Sweety
a pinch of salt
butter or margarine
Easter cut into small pieces is soaked in water and squeezed. Add eggs, flour, nuts, sugar, orange peel. Grease a pan with butter or margarine. Put half of the composition in the pan, add jam and raisins on top. Add the rest of the composition over the filling. Place in the oven at the right heat. It is a pudding that is prepared for Passover.
