Preparation
Young nettles are harvested, cleaned, washed, boiled, strained and finely chopped. Make a pinch of flour, sour cream and milk foam, two egg yolks and pour over the boiling juice. At the end add the leaves and chopped garlic, salt to taste.
You can also use beet leaves, swamps (stevia), goose paw, field larch, sorrel.
