Preparation

Collect the young wild celery leaves, in spring, clean it, wash it, boil it, strain it and finely chop it. Make a sauce of flour, sour cream and milk foam, two egg yolks and pour over the boiling soup. At the end add the chopped garlic cloves, salt to taste.

You can also use beet leaves, sage (stevia), field larch, sorrel.
