Preparation
Cut slices of bacon, cut them and put them in a frying pan and turn from side to side until fried. When the bacon is well fried, place a piece of sheep’s cheese on each slice and then cover the pan with a lid. When the cheese is melted, take the pan off the heat and remove the slices on a plate.
