Preparation

Make a dough, softer, from flour, water, salt, yeast. Spread a sheet with the rolling pin, then roll and cut into pieces the size of a walnut. Bake on the hearth in front of the fire. When cooked, remove and place in a large bowl. Pour hot water over them. After a few minutes, remove with a strainer and sprinkle poppy seeds mixed with sugar. It is eaten on Christmas Eve.
