Preparation
10 l of water
250 gr fried barley
250 gr corn (corn grains)
a handful of hop flowers
Boil together until the corn is cooked. Strain and leave to cool. In the warm stew, put yeast as big as a walnut and 500 gr of sugar. Warm, put in bottles and bind well. Leave to ferment for two or three days.
