Preparation
Boil in a pot, cow or water buffalo sour cream. When it boils, add the cornmeal mixed with wheat flour. Rub until the polenta comes off the walls of the pot. Place on a plate and place grated sheep’s cheese on top. It is served at the end of the wedding party.
