Preparation

Boil the entrails of the chicken. Fry in hot onion oil, grated carrot. Mix with boiled entrails, 2-3 slices of bread soaked in water (core only), season with salt, pepper, paprika. Fill the chicken with this mixture and bake in the oven. The stuffed chicken was traditionally made at the wedding.
